Logistics Coordinator – Construction Projects

About the role

A leading construction firm in Dubai seeks an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics activities across multiple construction sites. The role focuses on ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources while supporting smooth site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee logistics activities for all active construction projects.
• Plan, monitor, and track the movement of materials, equipment, and project resources.
• Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and site personnel to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, inventory control, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and local regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction logistics or material & resource planning.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working on construction projects in the Middle East is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• NEBOSH certification (or equivalent).
• OSHA certification (or equivalent).
• Material & Resource Planning.
• Inventory control and logistics documentation.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range AED 6,000 – 9,000 per month.
• Full‑time permanent position.
