Logistics Coordinator

About the role

IIQAF Group is looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of goods, food supplies, equipment and inventory across its hospitality portfolio in Dubai. You will ensure timely deliveries, maintain accurate records and support seamless operations for hotels, restaurants and catering services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics, deliveries and transportation schedules for all hospitality facilities.
• Plan and monitor movement of food products, beverages, supplies and operational materials.
• Work with suppliers, vendors, warehouses and internal teams to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Track shipments, resolve delays and maintain logistics documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, trigger stock replenishment and support procurement order tracking.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, storage standards and company procedures.
• Optimize transportation routes, control logistics costs and generate performance reports.
• Assist with event logistics by coordinating equipment and supplies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse or distribution coordination, preferably within hospitality, retail or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse procedures and procurement processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with suppliers, freight partners and internal stakeholders.
