Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will ensure smooth flow of supplies, vendor services and facility support for Metabolic.Health’s clinics in the UAE. Working closely with clinical, café and administrative teams, you will maintain inventory, oversee deliveries and help prepare the environment for patient care and events.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and replenish inventory across clinical, café and office areas, tracking usage and purchase requests.
• Receive, unpack, verify and store incoming shipments, maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinate with vendors for routine and ad‑hoc services, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Provide on‑site presence during maintenance, installations or service visits and communicate any issues.
• Cover logistics operations during absences or emergencies to guarantee continuity.
• Support internal workshops, wellness sessions and other events with set‑up and material handling.
• Liaise with emergency services or contractors for facility‑related incidents.
• Assist with minor facility tasks, report maintenance needs and follow up on work orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in storage and logistics areas.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; barista training or certification is a plus.
• 1–2 years experience in a hospitality or barista role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
• Knowledge of food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work shift rotations, occasional weekends and extended hours as needed.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize duties and respond promptly to urgent logistical matters.
• Service‑oriented mindset with reliability and initiative.

Required skills
