Logistics Executive

About the role

Jotun MENA is seeking a Logistics Executive to coordinate complex, multi‑modal supply chains across the Middle East and Africa. You will ensure products move efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations while supporting the company’s regional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end ocean freight operations, including shipment planning, booking, vessel schedule monitoring and delivery follow‑up.
• Manage road transportation for inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing routes and vehicle planning.
• Arrange air freight shipments for urgent business and customer needs.
• Monitor shipment progress, proactively addressing delays or disruptions.
• Lead negotiations with shipping lines, freight forwarders and transport providers to secure competitive rates and service levels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics service partners.
• Prepare, review and validate shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading, customs declarations and proof‑of‑delivery records.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs procedures and company policies.

Required profile

• Experience working in a fast‑paced international logistics environment.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
