Logistics Executive

About the role

The Logistics Executive will optimise supply‑chain processes and ensure smooth logistics operations for our organisation. You will manage the flow of goods from suppliers to customers, supporting a dynamic team and gaining exposure to various logistics functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end logistics, using software tools to track shipments and monitor inventory levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure cost‑effective procurement.
• Oversee transportation logistics, including route planning and carrier selection.
• Implement logistics strategies aligned with business objectives and analyse performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service and other cross‑functional teams to align logistics with overall business goals.
• Conduct regular audits of logistics processes, identify risks and apply corrective actions.
• Train and mentor junior team members in logistics best practices.

Required profile

• Experience managing end‑to‑end logistics processes.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers, vendors and internal teams.
• Experience overseeing transportation and route planning.
• Strong analytical mindset for performance monitoring and process improvement.
