About the role
The Logistics Executive will manage logistics and transportation for a laundry facility, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, on time, and to high quality standards while complying with safety and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and optimise daily delivery routes to guarantee on‑time service.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, vehicle maintenance, and inventory levels.
- Plan, implement, and monitor work schedules and assignments for efficient operations.
- Investigate and resolve complaints related to logistics services.
- Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained, registered, and documented.
- Monitor and adjust delivery schedules as needed.
- Generate reports on logistics performance.
- Maintain up‑to‑date vehicle documentation, including Salik, Mulkiya, insurance, and permits.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of UAE traffic regulations.
- Good communication skills.
