About the role
The Logistics Executive will oversee the logistics and transportation functions of a laundry facility within Spectrum Industries. The role ensures that laundry services are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards while meeting safety and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and optimise daily delivery routes to guarantee on‑time service.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, vehicle maintenance and inventory levels.
- Schedule work assignments and monitor performance to ensure efficient operations.
- Investigate and resolve complaints related to logistics services.
- Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained, registered and compliant with local regulations.
- Monitor delivery schedules, adjust plans as needed, and generate performance reports.
- Maintain up‑to‑date vehicle documentation, including Salik, registration (Mulkiya), insurance and permits.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of UAE traffic regulations.
- Good communication skills.
