Logistics Expediter

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Expediter to join our Project Execution team in Dubai. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that materials and equipment reach our airport logistics projects on time, supporting the delivery of high‑performance solutions for baggage and cargo handling.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Planning to monitor project schedules and guarantee timely material availability.
• Work with Procurement to verify purchase orders, supplier commitments and delivery timelines.
• Track and expedite supplier deliveries, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
• Identify and escalate risks, delays or bottlenecks to the Project Manager and Commercial Project Manager.
• Arrange collection, transportation, customs clearance and on‑site delivery in collaboration with the Logistics team.
• Maintain accurate tracking reports, delivery status updates and supplier performance records.
• Ensure all shipping documents, certifications and compliance requirements meet project specifications.
• Support site teams by confirming material readiness and availability according to planned milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, procurement expediting, supply‑chain coordination or project logistics, preferably in EPC or project‑based environments.
• Strong understanding of international shipping, customs clearance and supplier management.
• Excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven problem‑solving, risk identification and escalation skills.
