Logistics Foreman – Construction Site Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Foreman to lead daily construction logistics on major projects in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves coordinating labour, subcontractors and equipment while ensuring safety and efficiency on site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics activities on the construction site.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors and equipment to meet project schedules.
• Manage material handling and lifting operations.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Maintain logistics records and produce daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and construction drawings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of construction logistics or site operations experience.
• Proven experience supervising construction site personnel.
• Knowledge of material handling and lifting operations.
• Familiarity with construction safety procedures.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
