Logistics Foreman

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Foreman to lead site logistics operations on a major construction project in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for coordinating the safe and efficient movement of labour, materials, plant, and equipment across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction logistics activities and manage material movements.
• Coordinate labour, plant, and equipment to support site operations.
• Oversee traffic management, lifting support, and welfare facilities.
• Collaborate with civil, MEP, and fit‑out teams to optimise working and storage areas.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce health‑ and‑safety procedures.
• Monitor plant and labour utilisation, maintain accurate records, and raise purchase requests.
• Support Just‑in‑Time deliveries and logistics planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of construction site logistics experience.
• Previous role as Logistics Foreman, Site Logistics Supervisor or similar on large projects.
• Strong understanding of construction site operations, material handling and logistics planning.
• Knowledge of lifting operations, temporary works and site safety requirements.
• Ability to read construction drawings and implement logistics layouts.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
