Logistics Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Officer to join our team in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position coordinates day‑to‑day logistics, warehouse and inventory activities, supporting overall supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries.
• Arrange transportation and follow up with transporters and logistics providers.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records.
• Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storage and dispatch.
• Prepare and verify shipping, delivery and logistics documentation.
• Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, shipments, deliveries and logistics performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse or inventory operations.
• Experience in the industrial, engineering, machinery, automotive or power generation sector is preferred.
• Good understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations and transportation coordination.
• Strong administrative, documentation and record‑keeping skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
