Logistics Operations Executive

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai coordinates daily freight forwarding activities across air, sea and land. The Logistics Operations Executive books shipments, prepares documentation and monitors cargo movements from origin to destination while providing proactive updates to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily freight forwarding tasks across air, sea and land, including booking shipments and preparing documentation.
• Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, warehouse teams and transport providers to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.
• Track shipments, update internal systems and deliver accurate status updates to customers.
• Support continuous process improvement and assist with rate inquiries and quotations.
• Resolve operational issues in a professional, customer‑focused manner.

Required profile

• 2–3 years experience in freight forwarding, transportation or related logistics roles.
• Familiarity with air, sea and land freight, customs procedures and shipping documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with logistics software.
• Experience using shipment tracking tools.
• Competence with standard office applications.
