Logistics Supervisor

About the role

Amazon Railings is looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to ensure smooth operations within our busy transportation network in Abu Dhabi. You will support daily operational duties, step in for the Operations Manager when needed, and drive safety and performance improvements at the delivery station.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager and deputize as required.
• Prioritize and continuously improve safety standards at the delivery station.
• Supervise logistics assistants, coordinators, and delivery associates to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Monitor and coach coordinator and associate performance.
• Partner with supporting departments to enhance logistics processes.
• Communicate expectations to delivery service providers and raise quality standards.
• Brief and monitor driver and associate workloads, ensuring accurate administrative completion.
• Measure, track, and report daily metrics and site performance.
• Train and mentor new associates, resolving process‑related issues.
• Manage resourcing, training needs, absence, performance, and productivity.

Required profile

• Experience managing teams.
• Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.
• Preferred experience in logistics and data analysis.
