Loss Prevention Supervisor (UAE National)

About the role

Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, assist guests with room access and respond to emergencies. The role involves monitoring CCTV, handling incidents, and ensuring safety and security standards at St. Regis Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol the entire property and secure rooms, providing access assistance to guests.
• Conduct emergency response drills, daily safety inspections, investigations and key‑control audits.
• Monitor closed‑circuit television (CCTV) and alarm systems, authorising and documenting access to secured areas.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR and coordinate with EMS as required.
• Gather information, complete incident reports and maintain confidentiality of all documentation.
• Defuse disturbances, resolve safety hazards and escort unwelcome persons from the premises.
• Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws and assist management in training and coaching staff.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related loss‑prevention or security experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• UAE national – mandatory.
• No specific licence or certification required.
