Luxury Concierge Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Luxury Concierge Assistant to support our concierge team in delivering personalized, high‑quality services to VIP clients, guests and residents. Acting as a discreet point of contact, you will manage a wide range of requests, from restaurant reservations to bespoke travel arrangements, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the concierge team with daily client and guest service activities.
• Welcome and communicate with clients and guests courteously and discreetly.
• Understand client preferences, schedules and special requests.
• Respond promptly to requests via phone, email, messaging platforms and in‑person.
• Research and recommend restaurants, hotels, entertainment venues, shopping destinations and lifestyle services.
• Arrange reservations, bookings, event tickets, spa appointments, transportation and other lifestyle services.
• Coordinate with hotels, restaurants, clubs, venues and service providers, confirming availability, pricing and special arrangements.
• Support travel planning, airport transfers, private transportation and customized local experiences.
• Assist in organizing private events, celebrations and special occasions.
• Maintain accurate records of client requests, preferences and service details.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury partners and suppliers.
• Handle VIP and high‑value client requests with discretion and attention to detail.
• Escalate complex or sensitive requests to the concierge manager as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, premium retail or similar high‑end environments.
• Proven ability to support VIP or high‑value clients.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanor.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
