Luxury Hotel Host – One&Only One Zaabeel

About the role

One&Only One Zaabeel is launching a new urban oasis in Dubai and seeks a dedicated Host to deliver a highly personalized guest experience. The Host acts as the primary point of contact, guiding guests from arrival through departure and ensuring every detail of their stay is thoughtfully curated.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out processes, and maintain a continuous presence throughout their stay.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest requests, including reservations, in‑room services, itinerary planning, unpacking assistance, and special occasion arrangements.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to guarantee seamless execution of services and accurate capture of guest preferences.
• Resolve any issues promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in guest relations or a comparable role within a luxury hotel environment.
• Excellent communication skills with fluent English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Professional appearance and confident demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
