About the role

Rotana Star Rent A Car, a premium car‑rental provider in the UAE, is seeking a dynamic Sales & Customer Service Executive to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on converting enquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering a high‑end customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, social media and walk‑ins.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Prepare quotations, process payments, manage extensions and vehicle upgrades.
• Apply sales, negotiation, upselling and closing techniques to meet targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM and booking records.
• Coordinate with operations on vehicle availability, delivery and collection.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai/UAE rental market.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and confident.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid UAE visa; immediate joiners preferred.
