Machine Operator

About the role

As a Machine Operator, you will operate production machinery safely and efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets, inspect components, maintain records, and ensure compliance with work instructions, quality standards and HSE requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
• Follow approved work instructions and operating procedures.
• Inspect components using measuring instruments and gauges.
• Monitor product quality and minimize rejection rates.
• Maintain production and machine maintenance records.
• Comply with quality, HSE, PPE, and safety requirements.

Required profile

• Industrial Training Certificate or High School Certificate with 2+ years of technical experience.
• Experience with production or specialized machinery.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and gauges.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Relevant technical or machine‑operation training (preferred).
• Arabic communication skills are an advantage (preferred).
