Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the daily maintenance operations for a family‑focused entertainment venue in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to senior facilities management, you will ensure that all equipment and building systems run safely and efficiently, supporting a memorable experience for visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities, guaranteeing work is completed safely and on schedule.
• Manage, mentor and schedule a team of technicians, assigning tasks based on priority and skill set.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance programmes to minimise downtime and extend asset life.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency repairs, coordinating resources to limit operational disruption.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to assess needs, provide updates and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory and equipment history using a CMMS.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes and environmental standards through regular inspections and audits.
• Oversee procurement of supplies, spare parts and equipment, managing vendor relationships and controlling costs.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of hands‑on maintenance experience.
• Proven ability to supervise and develop a team of technicians.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, building codes and preventive maintenance best practices.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
