Maintenance Supervisor – Terminal Operations

About the role

Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of all equipment/assets owned by HEFD and HEFT at the terminal, managing manpower, spare parts, technical training and maintenance expenses. The role supports the Maintenance Superintendent and Technical Engineer in routine, non‑routine and project‑related works.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute preventive and predictive maintenance in line with IMS and HTL guidelines.
• Supervise the HEFD maintenance team, ensuring equipment reliability, safety and availability.
• Monitor spare parts inventory, initiate re‑ordering and manage procurement for critical and non‑critical equipment.
• Coordinate pre‑commissioning, commissioning and project activities with operations and technical engineers.
• Prepare maintenance reports, analyse data and recommend improvements to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies, conduct audits and support emergency response training for fire‑fighting systems.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or higher diploma, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of supervisory experience in terminals, oil & gas, chemical or refinery environments.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities with good English communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and report generation.
