About the role
The restaurant group is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to ensure uninterrupted operation of its food‑and‑beverage outlets across Dubai. You will be responsible for rapid response to equipment breakdowns and routine upkeep of kitchen and facility systems.
Key responsibilities
- Attend breakdowns in F&B outlets and perform on‑site repairs of kitchen appliances, refrigeration units and MEP systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, plumbing and carpentry issues to minimise downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to keep all equipment running efficiently.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with outlet managers, document actions taken and update central records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a similar maintenance role within restaurants or F&B outlets.
- Valid UAE driver’s licence.
