About the role
Join a leading luxury retailer as a Makeup Consultant, representing the Yves Saint Laurent brand at The Grove. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, using your product expertise to guide shoppers and achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup and skincare advice to customers.
- Maintain a clean, well‑stocked counter and ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Promote new launches, special promotions, and merchandising displays.
- Uphold high grooming standards and brand presentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries about product features, pricing, and availability.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in luxury beauty or cosmetics retail.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for beauty trends.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment.
