Management Consultant – AI Training Specialist

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to engage experienced management consultants who will help train a new language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. This remote, flexible role allows you to work 5‑20 hours per week, creating and refining AI‑generated business deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated strategy decks, executive steering committee materials, and market analyses.
• Develop operating model redesign workshops and sensitivity‑tested business case models.
• Synthesize stakeholder interview data for engagement diagnostics.
• Produce implementation roadmaps and change‑management playbooks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or internal corporate strategy.
• Direct ownership of client‑ready strategy decks and executive materials.
• Proficiency with structured problem‑solving frameworks and operating model redesign.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel modeling
• Professional PowerPoint presentation development
