Management Trainee – HR Controlling

About the role

Join Kempinski Hotels as a Management Trainee in HR Controlling and support a workforce of over 20,000 employees. You will work closely with HR teams across property, regional, and corporate levels to deliver data‑driven insights that shape people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, turnover, and other workforce metrics.
• Support monthly reporting, track headcount changes, and assist with budget monitoring.
• Perform data entry, validation, and clean‑up in HR systems to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare strategic presentations for senior leadership, translating complex data into clear insights.
• Contribute to HR projects, analytics initiatives, and the creation of tools, templates, and processes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Keen interest in HR analytics, compensation, and workforce planning.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and performing detailed analysis.
