Manager Commercial Performance Management

About the role

The Manager Commercial Performance Management leads the monitoring, budgeting and analysis of commercial and financial performance for du’s segments. The role is highly operational, requiring close collaboration with segment owners, finance and business intelligence teams to ensure timely insight into risks and opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure alignment on definitions and measurement of commercial, customer and operational KPIs.
• Extend segment yearly budgets for up to two years in line with the EITC strategy.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce routine operational work.
• Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews with scorecard owners.
• Lead detailed variance analysis and root‑cause investigations for under‑performing KPIs.
• Raise performance risks and business opportunities to support target fulfillment.
• Perform business studies, develop forecast models and analyse past, future and comparative performance.
• Identify trends, provide advice and recommend actions based on thorough analysis.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in analysis and reporting, preferably within the telecom industry.
• Strong understanding of planning, budgeting and business operations in a telco environment.
