Manager, Commercial Processes & Data Management

About the role

The Manager, Commercial Processes & Data Management will lead the standardisation, governance and continuous improvement of commercial processes and data across the Group. This senior role ensures ERP integrity, data reliability and process efficiency to support informed decision‑making and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and enforce standard commercial processes and data‑governance frameworks across all Group companies.
• Optimise commercial workflows within ERP systems to improve data accuracy, cycle‑time and efficiency.
• Govern the integrity, completeness and quality of commercial data through validation controls and monitoring mechanisms.
• Plan and oversee system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable value.
• Drive adoption of data‑management practices and reporting structures for advanced analytics and business intelligence.
• Manage ERP master‑data structures, integration points and system stability.
• Monitor system performance, identify data‑related risks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Digital and cross‑functional teams to prioritise changes and deliver integrated commercial solutions.
• Lead impact assessments and process adjustments for system changes or transformation initiatives.
• Supervise department personnel, develop talent pipelines and support Emiratisation targets.
• Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, investigating variances.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing commercial processes and data governance within an ERP environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience in budgeting, performance monitoring and implementing system enhancements.
• Ability to develop talent, support succession planning and meet Emiratisation objectives.
