Manager - Corporate Communications

About the role

The Manager – Corporate Communications will lead the design and execution of integrated communication strategies that strengthen Apparel Group’s brand reputation and align messaging across all internal and external channels. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures consistent storytelling, supports executive visibility, and guides a high‑performing communications team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans that reflect the company’s vision, mission and business objectives.
• Serve as the primary media contact, building relationships with journalists, editors and influencers, and producing press releases and media kits.
• Design and deliver internal communication programmes, including newsletters, intranet content and leadership messaging.
• Create and maintain a robust crisis communication framework to address potential issues proactively.
• Engage with key stakeholders such as partners, community leaders and industry associations.
• Monitor public perception and execute brand reputation initiatives in collaboration with PR and social media teams.
• Oversee the production of high‑quality content for corporate websites, annual reports and social platforms.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of communication professionals, fostering collaboration across functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or related fields.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and manage cross‑functional projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate insights into actionable communication plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
