Manager – Corporate Finance & Investment Banking

About the role

The Manager – Corporate Finance & Investment Banking will lead the origination, structuring and execution of DCM transactions for ADIB's Sharia‑compliant clients. Working closely with coverage teams, Sharia advisors and external partners, the role supports the bank’s strategic positioning in the GCC Sukuk market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and assess credit metrics, valuations and financial forecasts using multiple data sources.
• Support the full life‑cycle of DCM mandates for sovereign, supranational, financial institution and corporate issuers, from pitching to financial closing.
• Prepare pitch books, teasers, information memorandums and management presentations.
• Manage relationships with external counsel, key banks and internal Sharia departments to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Ensure compliance with Sharia requirements, Central Bank, HSA regulations and ADIB internal risk policies.
• Conduct sensitivity, scenario and peer‑comparables analysis to benchmark transactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking or Islamic capital markets.
• Strong understanding of Sharia‑compliant financing structures and Sukuk issuance.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
