Manager Emirati Segment - Esaad & Fazaa

About the role

The Manager Emirati Segment will lead the development and execution of tailored value propositions for the Emirati market, focusing on the Esaad and Fazaa loyalty schemes. This role requires deep understanding of customer behaviour, market dynamics, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the needs and usage behaviour of the Emirati sub‑segment to design appropriate value propositions.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and achieve P&L targets.
• Own the end‑to‑end portfolio, coordinating with stakeholders to launch propositions within defined time‑to‑market.
• Create go‑to‑market plans, communication briefs and coordinate with brand, sales and channel teams.
• Implement processes to enhance segment strategy effectiveness and launch retention campaigns.
• Manage acquisition and onboarding journeys, ensuring smooth customer adoption of new propositions.
• Coordinate with C&C, Sales, Customer Operations and Channel CX for digital proposition launches.
• Establish deals with new organisations and work with Government Relations to increase proposition adoption.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in segment marketing and proposition development within the telecom sector.
• Strong understanding of telecom market dynamics and customer experience design.
• Solid analytical abilities and excellent communication skills in a cross‑functional environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency with PC Office Suite applications.
