Manager - Project Coordination & Operations

About the role

Azizi Developments, a leading private real‑estate developer in the UAE, is seeking a Manager to coordinate and monitor strategic projects and cross‑functional operational activities under the Executive Office. The role acts as the central hub between senior management, business clusters, and external stakeholders to ensure initiatives are planned, assigned, tracked and delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic projects and executive initiatives, establishing project plans, milestones, timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain centralized project trackers, status reports and executive dashboards for all assigned initiatives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, dependencies and delays, and escalate issues to appropriate management levels.
• Manage decision and action‑item trackers from the CEO Office, ensuring timely follow‑up and clear responsibility assignment.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication, meetings, workshops and reviews to align stakeholders on objectives and deliverables.
• Prepare regular management reports, presentations and analytical briefs for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
• 15–20 years of experience in project coordination and operations, preferably within large organisations or multi‑disciplinary environments.
• Professional project‑management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred.
