Manager - Stakeholder Management

About the role

The Manager – Stakeholder Management will lead information and document management for a medium‑size infrastructure project, ensuring that all engineering and construction documentation is accurate, up‑to‑date, and properly controlled.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise document management, configuration control and the review process for both home‑office and field teams.
• Coordinate with material control, scheduling, expediting and client engineering to maintain time‑ and cost‑effective documentation flows.
• Lead the information management function, mentor junior staff and provide training to the Project Information Management department.
• Supervise and evaluate subordinate work assignments, delegating tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Thorough knowledge of document management practices and strong proficiency in relational databases and internet‑based collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage information on small to medium projects and to mentor team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to ensuring documentation quality.
