Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Client Success – Executive Education

About the role

The Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Client Success will drive revenue growth for NYU Abu Dhabi’s Executive and Professional Education portfolio. Acting as the bridge between the university and corporate or government partners, the role secures long‑term agreements and ensures high‑impact delivery of executive programs across on‑ground and online formats.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and solicit new business leads, pitching executive programmes to HR directors, ministries and senior corporate officials.
• Develop, negotiate and manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with UAE government ministries, global corporations and leading educational institutions.
• Oversee client relationships to ensure satisfaction, renewal and delivery of transformative educational value.
• Collaborate with NYU New York, NYU Shanghai and internal academic teams to align program content and cross‑campus initiatives.
• Monitor and report on short‑term revenue targets and long‑term strategic growth objectives to the Vice Provost.
• Coordinate enrollment processes for both on‑site and online executive education offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or partnership management within higher education or professional training.
• Track record of securing multi‑year contracts with government or corporate clients.
• Strong understanding of the executive education market and client success principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate across global campuses.
• Fluency in English; residency in the UAE is preferred.
