Manager, Tax & Legal Services – Private Client (Dubai)

About the role

PWC Middle East is seeking a Manager to join its International Private Wealth & Family Office (IPW & FO) team within the International Tax Services / Mergers & Acquisitions unit. The role focuses on delivering tax and legal advisory services to high‑net‑worth families and private clients across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive tax and legal advice on wealth structuring, family office setup, and asset protection.
• Design and implement governance frameworks, succession plans, and estate planning solutions.
• Collaborate with government entities on high‑net‑worth individual and family office attraction programmes.
• Prepare and review trusts, foundations, limited partnerships, and holding company structures.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals and thought‑leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• Significant experience in tax, legal, or private wealth advisory, preferably within the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of GCC tax regulations and international tax principles.
• Proven ability to manage complex client engagements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
