Mandarin Speaking FX Sales Conversion Agent

About the role

We are seeking a Mandarin‑speaking FX Sales Conversion Agent to join our Dubai office. The role focuses on promoting our Forex and CFD products, converting high‑quality leads into active traders, and delivering exceptional client service throughout the trading journey.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s Forex and CFD products and services to prospective clients.
• Convert high‑quality leads into active trading clients using consultative sales techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities for future sales and maximise client conversion.
• Stay up‑to‑date with financial markets, trading products and industry developments.
• Meet individual sales targets and KPIs while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in the Forex & CFD industry.
• Experience in a conversion or retention sales role within Forex/CFD.
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with trading platforms.
