About the role
The Marine Repair Manager will lead the repair, maintenance and upgrade of marine boiler systems for vessels operating in the UAE region. Reporting to senior operations, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and in full compliance with maritime regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and supervise all marine boiler repair and maintenance activities.
- Lead repair teams, enforce safety standards and monitor operational efficiency.
- Liaise with shipyards, contractors and clients to schedule project execution.
- Perform technical assessments, diagnostics and implement corrective solutions.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant marine regulations and industry standards.
Required profile
- Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2 to 25 years of experience in marine boiler repair or similar marine maintenance roles.
- Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and external contractors.
- Strong knowledge of API 510 and API 570 standards.
