About the role

Fonterra is seeking a Market & Innovation Strategy Manager to join its Strategy & Growth portfolio in Dubai. The role focuses on shaping long‑term growth plans for key market geographies across the Middle East and Africa, turning customer and market insights into actionable innovation pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development of long‑term growth plans for priority markets.
• Integrate customer, market and commercial insights to define innovation and growth strategies.
• Drive strategic demand planning to guide investment, innovation and resource decisions.
• Oversee local product and innovation pipelines, including hero products and key market opportunities.
• Monitor opportunity pipeline performance to ensure market‑aligned growth delivery.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align strategy, innovation priorities and commercial outcomes.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in marketing, business, commerce or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in market strategy, innovation, marketing or commercial planning.
• Ability to translate customer and market insights into clear growth opportunities.
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence in long‑term demand planning.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
