Marketing Communications Manager (Marcomms)

About the role

The Marketing Communications (Marcomms) Manager will lead the firm’s PR, brand and communications activities across regional and international markets. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to raise the firm’s profile in the investment ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications and PR strategy for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and wider MENA regions.
• Own the brand voice, messaging and narrative across external and internal channels, ensuring consistent positioning.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional and international media, journalists and PR agencies; lead media outreach and secure high‑quality coverage.
• Draft press releases, announcements and other media materials; manage external agency briefings and deliverables.
• Lead social media strategy, content calendar and creation of thought‑leadership articles, newsletters, website copy and event materials.
• Plan and execute external events, conferences, sponsorships and portfolio showcases to increase brand visibility.
• Support internal communications and culture initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.
• Track and analyse communications performance, including media coverage and campaign metrics.

Required profile

• Comfortable operating in a lean, high‑performance environment with a blend of strategic and executional capabilities.
• Strong network of media contacts and PR agencies across the UAE and wider MENA region.
