Marketing Coordinator – Arabic Speaker

About the role

Harbor Real Estate is looking for a bilingual Marketing Coordinator to support its dynamic marketing team in Dubai. The role focuses on creating and executing digital campaigns, managing social media, and collaborating with brokers and agencies to strengthen the brand’s presence in the fast‑moving real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage social media content and digital communication initiatives.
• Assist with marketing events and broker/agency coordination.
• Work with CRM and marketing automation platforms to execute campaigns.
• Utilise AI tools to enhance marketing processes and content creation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
• Handle multiple priorities while maintaining high‑quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within Dubai’s real‑estate sector.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
• Proactive, well‑organized and able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
