Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to support Gulf Ocean Lights LLC’s marketing and customer‑engagement activities across Dubai. The role will help execute day‑to‑day marketing initiatives, maintain brand consistency, and enhance the showroom experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating and distributing email marketing campaigns and newsletters, manage subscriber lists and monitor performance.
• Coordinate showroom merchandising and visual displays to ensure an engaging, brand‑consistent environment.
• Manage promotional merchandise inventory, ordering, packing and distribution for clients and events.
• Maintain and update website content, including product information, images and company details.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics such as email engagement and website traffic and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing materials with branding and business objectives.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and administrative tasks to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Excellent organization and project coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
• Website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Google Workspace.
• Canva for basic design and content editing.
