Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Join La Marzocco’s Middle East team as a Marketing Coordinator, driving brand activation and digital presence across the region. Based in Dubai, you will support events, social media, and product marketing to strengthen the company’s market position.

Key responsibilities

• Create, plan and coordinate local events and brand activations such as showroom events, trade shows, product launches, workshops and community initiatives.
• Manage partners, suppliers, invitations and on‑site execution while building relationships with the regional coffee community.
• Lead the social media and digital presence, handling content planning, copywriting, creative briefs, production coordination and publishing.
• Adapt local content to global brand guidelines and support digital campaigns, email marketing and CRM activities.
• Coordinate with the global marketing team on paid media priorities, performance tracking and optimisation.
• Ensure consistent implementation of La Marzocco’s global brand positioning in the Middle East market.
• Support product launches and collaborate with the sales team on events, presentations and sales‑support materials.
• Manage inventory and distribution of merchandise, promotional items and sales‑support materials.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, empathetic and able to multitask effectively.
• Fluent in English.
