Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support daily marketing activities, social media, PR, events and administrative tasks for Red Castle in Dubai. This role ensures brand consistency, assists with customer segmentation and helps execute campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Proofread, vet and review all marketing and advertising materials to maintain quality and consistency.
• Assist with customer segmentation and liaison with mall, hotel and concierge partners.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and other marketing collateral to uphold a consistent brand image.
• Develop internal processes for managing client contact data to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure corporate branding is applied consistently across all published documents and media.
• Collaborate with internal teams and an external marketing consultant to implement approved initiatives.
• Manage CRM activities, including social media follow‑up, content creation, newsletters, SMS, mailers and customer gifting.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and oversee production and delivery of marketing materials.
• Source and manage suppliers for the creation and production of marketing assets.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and support special sales projects throughout the year.
• Track daily budgets and support events, exhibitions and departmental purchase orders.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Oversee social media channels through agencies and coordinate influencer outreach and 360° marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on market trends, major events and competitor messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
• 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Well‑organized and self‑motivated.
• Strong command of written English with high accuracy.
