Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join the Instax brand team and lead day‑to‑day brand activities across the Middle East & Africa region. You will work closely with creative and media agencies, regional distributors and cross‑functional teams in Dubai and Tokyo to ensure consistent brand execution.

Key responsibilities

• Brief and manage creative and media agencies on monthly content calendars, campaign assets and seasonal promotions.
• Review and approve all campaign assets to ensure brand alignment and cultural relevance across MEA markets.
• Oversee production of photo/video shoots, product placements and campaign rollouts from concept to delivery.
• Support planning, execution and performance tracking of paid social and digital campaigns on Meta, TikTok and emerging regional platforms.
• Act as the primary operational contact for regional distributors, coordinating marketing requirements, stock activations and local campaign execution.
• Travel across the MEA region to audit distributor activations, support on‑ground launches and ensure consistent deployment of localized marketing materials.
• Plan and execute consumer activations, retail pop‑ups and trade events, managing logistics, vendor coordination and budgets.
• Evaluate influencer proposals, approve content and monitor campaign coverage.

Required profile

• Hands‑on marketer with strong project management skills and the ability to work across multiple markets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the MEA region.
