Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join Loqmah bakery in Dubai. The role will drive the promotion of our freshly baked products and seasonal offers across both online and offline channels, supporting the growth of our brand in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans to increase footfall and sales.
• Conduct basic market research and analyse customer behaviour and competition.
• Coordinate in‑store promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Create, schedule and manage content for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple activity reports.
• Stay updated on local market trends and propose ideas to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Strong market planning and promotional design abilities.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyse data.
• Effective communication for internal coordination and external engagement.
• Organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks on‑site.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality or F&B marketing is an advantage.
