Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to elevate the public image of our 620‑room Swissotel Al Ghurair property in Dubai. The role blends strategic public relations with hands‑on marketing support, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to boost media visibility and reputation.
• Build and nurture relationships with journalists, influencers, media partners and industry stakeholders.
• Draft press releases, media alerts, speeches, talking points and other official communications.
• Coordinate media visits, interviews and FAM trips, preparing kits and ensuring smooth execution.
• Identify, pitch and monitor PR stories, analyse daily coverage and produce performance reports.
• Create storytelling content for newsletters, blogs, internal communications and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with creative agencies and suppliers to produce PR and marketing materials that adhere to brand standards.
• Manage website content, ensure online brand compliance, maintain e‑marketing databases and execute email campaigns.
• Support social media posting, influencer collaborations and digital monitoring aligned with PR goals.
• Utilise guest insights, surveys and reviews to shape impactful PR angles.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in hotel marketing or communications, preferably within a 5‑star property.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Excellent relationship‑building abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creative mindset with a proven track record of designing engaging PR and digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with website performance metrics and marketing analytics.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
