Marketing Manager – Integrated Campaigns for Food & Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑minded Marketing Manager to lead brand‑building and acquisition initiatives across noon Food, noon Out and noon Send. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to drive awareness, engagement and usage in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for noon Food, noon Out and noon Send, aligned with business and growth objectives.
• Lead integrated ATL, BTL, digital, social and experiential campaigns from concept through measurement.
• Build differentiated brand positioning and communication frameworks while ensuring consistency with the broader noon brand.
• Own the annual and campaign‑level marketing calendar, budgets and channel plans.
• Manage influencer and creator collaborations, from strategy and partner selection to execution and performance tracking.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with restaurants, F&B brands, entertainment venues and other consumer brands.
• Oversee PR, media relations and earned‑media opportunities for product and campaign launches.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the UAE consumer market and food‑service landscape.
• Proven experience in consumer‑focused brand marketing, preferably within the food or delivery sector.
• Ability to move seamlessly between high‑level strategy and detailed campaign execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
