Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead integrated marketing initiatives for Rino Invest Properties, promoting luxury European real‑estate investment opportunities to high‑net‑worth and institutional clients. Based in Dubai, this full‑time, on‑site role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Manage digital campaigns, social media calendars, email marketing, and content production.
• Create branded collateral for both online and offline use.
• Analyze campaign performance, optimise lead‑generation funnels and report insights.
• Collaborate closely with sales, investment, and external agency partners.
• Support events, promotional activities and maintain market intelligence on luxury real‑estate trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing strategy and campaign management, preferably in real‑estate, investments or luxury brands.
• Strong background in digital marketing, social media management and content creation.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyse data and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
• Experience in international or multicultural environments; familiarity with European luxury property markets advantageous.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages beneficial.
