Marketing Manager

About the role

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing activities for one of its luxury hospitality venues in Dubai. You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing campaigns that align with brand standards and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the marketing calendar, campaigns and activations.
• Execute monthly marketing plans aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate closely with Operations to ensure seamless implementation.
• Manage PR agency communications and coverage opportunities.
• Brief and oversee designers, photographers and external suppliers.
• Execute photoshoots, video shoots and content production.
• Maintain website, listings, reservation and delivery platforms.
• Drive collaborations, partnerships and visibility initiatives.
• Track KPIs, marketing spend and campaign performance.
• Produce monthly performance and insight reports.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high‑standard delivery.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven marketing experience within hospitality, lifestyle or F&B.
• Strong organisational and project‑management skills.
• Experience managing agencies and multiple stakeholders.
• Confidence working with budgets, reporting and KPIs.
• Knowledge of digital platforms, social media and guest engagement.
• Detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven and proactive problem‑solver.
• Ability to work autonomously while knowing when to escalate.
• Passion for hospitality, lifestyle and creating memorable guest experiences.
