Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager joins the property’s core team to create and execute communications that showcase the hotel’s brand, food & beverage offers and room promotions. Working across traditional, digital and social channels, the role aims to boost guest awareness, drive revenue and strengthen the hotel’s market position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch property‑level marketing campaigns that align with brand standards.
• Manage on‑brand messaging across print, digital, social media and PR channels.
• Design and execute targeted promotions for Food & Beverage outlets and room sales.
• Collaborate with regional eCommerce and Marketing teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
• Track campaign performance and report on key metrics such as engagement and revenue impact.
• Support public‑relations activities and contribute to overall sales strategy.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of marketing experience in a 5‑star luxury hotel environment.
• Proven ability to manage campaign development, execution and performance tracking.
• Experience in brand activation and guest engagement initiatives.
• Strong background in F&B marketing and room promotion strategies.
• Excellent communication, organization and project‑management skills.
• Relevant degree (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management) or equivalent qualification.
