Marketing Manager – Luxury Dining (Dubai)

About the role

Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for its two luxury dining venues in Dubai – MOTT 32 and L’AMO Bistro del Mare. The role will translate brand strategy into campaigns, partnerships, events and experiences that boost visibility and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and calendars for both brands, aligned with positioning and commercial goals.
• Lead 360° campaigns across digital, social media, PR, partnerships, CRM, influencer marketing and on‑ground activations.
• Create creative campaigns around new menus, seasonal occasions, brunches, events and other revenue‑driving initiatives.
• Build strategic partnerships with luxury, fashion, lifestyle and premium brands.
• Collaborate with PR, social, creative and digital teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Manage influencer, media and content opportunities in partnership with the PR team.
• Drive initiatives to increase footfall, reservations, guest engagement and repeat business.
• Monitor performance, customer insights and competitor activity to optimise initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and measurable ROI.
• Work closely with restaurant operations, chefs and stakeholders to identify commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–5 years of marketing experience, including 1–2 years as a Marketing Manager in luxury or premium F&B.
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s luxury dining and lifestyle market.
• Proven track record of developing and executing 360° marketing campaigns, events and brand partnerships.
• Commercial mindset with experience driving footfall, reservations and revenue.
• Well‑connected within Dubai’s hospitality, media, influencer and luxury brand ecosystem.
