About the role

Join a renowned luxury retail brand in the heart of Dubai as a Marketing Manager. You will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at elevating brand presence and driving sales. This role combines creative campaign design with data‑driven market analysis to maximize customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Design and launch compelling advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales and product, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate reports to measure ROI.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in luxury retail marketing.
